Ang Xu
I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at the University of California, Berkeley, where I am advised by Professor Chiwei Yan.
My research focuses on data-driven modeling and optimization, with applications in transportation, logistics, and service systems. I am especially interested in combining machine learning, queueing theory, and optimization to design operational policies for complex, spatially distributed systems.
